Refund Policy

In any event, any deposited funds for a project shall not be subject to refund after revisions or approval is provided on the storyboard animation unless GateToAnimate cancels or terminates your Contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance.

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

You make a request when the initial concepts for a service are offered. However, once you approve or request changes in the initial animations, the refund offer becomes void and refund request will not be entertained.

  • If request for refund is made before the delivery of initial animation concepts, the customer shall be eligible for Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
  • If a request for refund is made within 48 hours of the initial delivery, the customer shall be eligible for 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
  • If request for refund is made between 48- 120 hours of the initial animation delivery, the customer shall be eligible for a 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
  • No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial delivery, however since GateToAnimate believe in 100% customer satisfaction you`re encouraged to contact us in case of any concern.
  • No refund request shall be entertained if customer has not taken 30 days after placing order. However, if customer wants to reactivate animation order, a certain fee will be charged depending on project.
  • No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
  • For video animation packages, all refund requests will become null & void once the initial animation is successfully delivered.
  • Fair Usage Policy applies to any and every revision request(s). Per this policy, customer is liable to 3 rounds of revisions during the production phase.
  • The production will only move to the next stage after the approval of the previous stage from the client.
  • Provided revisions will be entertained only before the approval from the client. Revisions on approved assets, animations, or simulations, etc. will not be catered under the provided revisions.
  • All Provided revisions shall be sent in written via email.
  • Major changes after the approved stage in asset development, animation, audio, or simulation will not be entertained under the provided revisions.
  • All refund requests shall be communicated to the support department. GateToAnimate reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case to case basis, based on the violation of user agreement.
  • A refund request will need to have a valid reason which must be qualified against the animation brief and customer feedback for revisions. Unless a concept has not been animated according to the brief, a refund will not be given however further revisions will be provided until complete satisfaction
  • Money back guarantee is based on the order that is placed in good faith. Where a customer has placed animation orders with more than one animation agency for the same job with the intention to claim refund, we do not consider it a good faith. In such a case GateToAnimate reserves the right to decline a refund request.
  • All animation jobs require customer feedback before finalizing the animation therefore it is only fair that the customer gets involved and provides feedback in order to get the desired results at every step.

100% unique animation guarantee entitles you to a re-do if our delivered product is to be found considerably similar to any animation that may already exist. Any resemblance to an existing animation will be merely a coincidence and GateToAnimate will not accept any responsibility or claim of any compensation in such a case. It is the client’s responsibility to get their artwork copyrighted.
